Part 1: How the United States is like a Third World country

The United States is the richest nation in world and yet when you look at the statistics compared to other countries, we are shamefully ranked in between Third World, or developing nations.


U.S. infant mortality rate: #46 at 6.26 deaths of infants under a year old per 1,000 live births . Behind Cuba! They have better rate at 5.82. The infant mortality rate is an indicator of health in a country.
